HALF OF ONE, SIX DOZEN OF THE OTHER
Still leaves— and dreams of distant cousins carry a glimpse beyond the veil.
Mind changes like ocean’s blue gray into pewter— momentary sapphire.
You are not only what you think you are.
Sapphire and dreams glide on, mercury across waxed floor. Light moves through darkness.
Leaves split in the sun.
